how far away I’ve drifted away from God. I’ve been getting into things that are forbidden in His eyes. I just want to fit in with this crazy, evil world because I’m afraid they would judge me if I stand out. I know Jesus encourages me to be a proud follower and everything, but sometimes it gets so hard when you have no motivation pushing to try harder. But even though I’m going through a Jesus-less phase right now, I’m sure He’ll remind me to come back to Him soon, because I can’t make it on my own.

These are tough times. They are also times when you need to lean on Jesus and let him work in your life. Don’t be in a rush to get to a certain point. Jesus paced your life out ahead of you and he doesn’t want you to speed through the journey. Life is not a destination, so just slow it down. If you don’t receive what you wanted from Him, then he probably has something better in store for you later on.

I am slowly and slowly drifting away from God again. I hate when I do this. But I have to because school is just too hard for me. I’m barely getting enough sleep and it’s just so overwhelming right now. Plus I’m only in the 8th grade. How hard is high school gonna be for me then?
